General instructions

Before your developer can integrate MasterPass with your store, you will need to complete the signup process.

1. First, the merchant will need to create an account with MasterPass, submit some business information, and configure some features of their store, such as shipping locations and rewards programs.
2. Then, the merchant adds a developer to the project, who will create a consumer key to unlock access to MasterPass services.
3. After that, the developer is ready to begin the integration.

Sign Up

There are three different ways that this signup process can be completed.

• Merchants who want to integrate with MasterPass directly, without the assistance of a service provider, should choose the Merchant Integration.
• Service providers who are integrating one merchant at a time should choose the Service Provider Merchant by Merchant Model.
• Service providers who want to use file-based or API-based methods to onboard one or mutiple merchants at a time should select the File- and API-Based Merchant Onboarding Model.
